I can't hear any music coming out from my Popsical Sound!

Please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the volume on your Popsical is loud enough to hear.
2. Ensure that the volume on your Popsical Sound is loud enough to hear.
3. Ensure that the music volume is louder than your microphone volume in the Popsical Sound Mixer.
4. Power off the Popsical TV Device. Unplug and replug in the AUX Cable. Power on the Popsical TV device. Once loaded up, long hold the power button, and toggle the option to 'REBOOT'.
